    WEEK 3-Leadership Differences

    The topics of age, gender and culture as it relates to leadership will be covered.

      • 3.1 Explain the potential ethical and competitive advantage from leading and managing diversity.
      • 3.2 Describe how cultural factors, including values, influence leadership practice.
      • 3.3 Explain the contribution of cultural sensitivity and cultural intelligence to leadership effectiveness.
