EDUG 735. Educational Leadership, Decison-Making, and Change. 3 Credits. Leadership styles and decision-making models and their implications for the role of district and school leaders and supervisors at all levels as change agents and visionary leaders; exploration of what it means and what it takes to be a school leader; organizational patterns (line and staff) and group dynamics (formal and informal); the school as a social (power) system; use of case studies, simulation and role play.
